The AHA required textbooks for each discipline are available for purchase through the Foundation training site or online at www.laerdal.com.

The following current American Heart Association books are available for purchase:

• 2010 Emergency Cardiovascular Care Handbook ($26.00)
• 2010 ACLS Provider Manual ($34.00)
• PALS Course Guide and Provider Manual ($39.00)
• BLS for Healthcare Providers Text ($11.00)
• Heartsaver AED Text ($12.00)

To guarantee enrollment, course fees are payable no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the class. Please call 918-551-7300 to arrange payment.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or a check made payable to Osteopathic Founders Foundation.  Your course packet will be emailed upon receipt of payment.  Your receipt will be provided at the time of your class.

Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund or the opportunity to enroll in a later class. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit tuition.
